We want you to love every purchase from Just For Her. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@justforhershop.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Swimwear and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after the 14-day window
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@justforhershop.com with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
